What the search involves.
A top-ranked power engineering consultancy is hiring a staff electrical engineer to work substation design and EPC delivery up to 765kV as part of a growing team.

- Support equipment specification and bill-of-materials preparation for procurement
- Coordinate with other disciplines and support client-facing project activities

- Bachelor's degree in engineering plus 5+ years of substation design experience
- High-voltage substation design exposure, physical and/or protection & controls
- Willingness to grow into budget, schedule, and client-facing ownership
- PE license preferred
Benefits
- Structured mentorship and a fast track to broader project ownership
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, employer-matched retirement, and tuition reimbursement
- An annual performance bonus on top of base pay
